Mix the egg whites with the sugar and the drops of pink coloring, and heat to 65ºC. Then put this mixture in the bowl of a mixer and beat until the egg whites are stiff. Once done, add the butter in pieces until it forms a light and smooth cream. We reserve in a pastry bag with a curly nozzle.
