Lactose is a type of sugar found in milk, but it is also added to many products to add flavor.

Very especially when we talk about desserts, since a large amount of them have lactose among their ingredients. Ingredients

First we have to put a casserole on the fire with the oat milk and the lactose-free cream brick, at medium temperature. Add the lemon peel to the casserole and also add the cinnamon stick. When the milk is hot without boiling, add the sugar and stir well.

Meanwhile, we are putting the rice in a colander and we wash it under running cold water. We drain the water well and once the milk starts to boil, add the rice and cook, stirring constantly for about 40 minutes over low heat. We have to make the milk reduce and the rice is honeyed, to achieve this it is necessary to stir constantly.

Once ready, We serve in individual containers and cover with a plastic wrap until the rice pudding is completely cold. Before serving, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and voila, the little lactose intolerant now has a delicious dessert to enjoy.

Another homemade dessert that all children love, this recipe is prepared in a few minutes and your child can take it without any problem.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of lactose-free milk
  • 1 brick of lactose-free cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • Yolks 4
  • the peeling of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • A vanilla bean
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • cinnamon mill
  • Maria type cookies Without lactose

We put the milk, the cream, the lemon peel, the vanilla sprig and the cinnamon stick in a saucepan and put it over medium heat. When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and let it warm up while all the ingredients release their essence and flavor.

Meanwhile, we are mixing the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl and mix until obtaining a creamy dough. In a small glass, we dissolve the cornmeal in a little cold milk and mix with the yolks. Once the milk is warm, remove the twigs and the lemon peel and add a small amount of the yolks, in this way it will adapt to the temperature and the egg will not set.
