The balance between studies and social life in adolescents

To understand social life it is necessary to bear in mind that there are times that people act as unknown beings most of the time. Only when an accident or disaster occurs do people behave as a social group.

It is also important that you learn to live socially in a virtual world. We are always living in stress and hardly feel freedom. In the past, activities were physical and required group participation, so social behavior was dynamic and always present ... it seems that this has been far away.

All the chemicals generated within our bodies are not properly assimilated due to our sedentary and less active lifestyles. This creates imbalances in the brain that can get in the way of academic goals in life. What a contradiction it would be if the very success that we felt our academic achievements would guarantee were negated by our dislike and indifference to our social and emotional well-being!

  2. Do not postpone activities. By procrastinating, you are allowing your to-do list to grow larger and larger.
  3. Get a good night's sleep. Feeling revitalized is the best way to face the challenges that the new day brings
  4. You prioritize tasks. Prioritizing tasks will avoid stress and anxiety and social life will be much more productive.
  5. Prioritize time for yourself. None of the above will work well if the internal need for belonging and recognition is not addressed first.
