6th week of pregnancy

Week 6 of pregnancy

As the pregnancy progresses in the first few weeks, the woman can feel really excited because she recently found out she was pregnant and that in about 34 weeks, you will be able to have your baby in arms, who will change her life and make her a fabulous mother.

When a woman is in the sixth week of pregnancy, for the embryo it is the fourth week in its development. This week is really exciting because although the mother does not notice it, inside her the developing embryo is moving vigorously.

But what is the most important what should be taken into account in this sixth week of pregnancy?

  • The mother still does not notice anything and her appearance is still normal, it seems that she is not pregnant! Although your body is working tirelessly to create a new being within.
  • The baby begins to show what his organs will be and will form his head that will be very pronounced.
  • The embryo measures only between 4 and 6 millimeters, it is like a small seed!
  • The heart pumps blood strongly so that it can reach all parts of the body well, and especially so that it reaches the brain.
  • The heart already has all its chambers and is formed.
  • What will be the limbs appear as it develops in the womb.

In this stage of formation, the mother must take good care of herself, have a healthy lifestyle: eat well, do not smoke, or drink, or take medications that are not prescribed and supervised by a doctor. The first nausea may appear, which can last for the first three months. The closure of the neural tube is a reality and the growth of the embryo is very fast, even if the mother does not notice anything!
