Tsabtace jikin mutum yana da mahimmanci don samun ƙoshin lafiya, kodayake wasu lokuta samari basa son fahimtar wannan mahimmancin kuma saboda lalaci ko rashin lokaci, suna watsi da tsabtar kansu ...kuma shima warin jikin saurayi yafi karfinsa! Dokokin tsafta

Tsafta ita ce ainihin yadda muke kiyaye tsaftar jikinmu da 'lafiya'. Yanayin tsabta yana ayyuka biyu:
