  • 3 cheeses

Sauté the chives, carrots and potatoes in a saucepan. When they are golden brown, add the pumpkin and continue sautéing for a few minutes.

Add water and milk, simmering until vegetables are tender. Add the cheeses, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mash everything.

Brown the diced bread in a frying pan with oil. Drain on absorbent paper and add to the soup.

  • 1 cup of pumpkin cut into cubes

Beat all the ingredients with the mixer until you get a homogeneous liquid. Ideally, you should consume it right away to take advantage of all the nutrients, but if not do not leave it more than 24 hours.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of pumpkin without skin or seeds
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of whole cane sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 100 grams of walnuts or other dried fruit to taste.

Grate the pumpkin and then pass it through the blender to make a puree.

Beat the eggs for two minutes. Add the sugar and beat for another two minutes.

Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees

In a bowl put the flour, yeast and cinnamon. Add the melted butter, pumpkin puree, and eggs with the sugar. Beat well until a smooth dough forms.

Grease a mold with butter and add the dough. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until when you put a toothpick in, it comes out clean.

  • 800 grams of pumpkin
  • 300 grams of sugars
  • Lemon zest
  • Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. When the pumpkin is done, blend all the ingredients with the mixer.

Fill some glass jars, cover them and let them cool upside down. Once cold you should keep the jam in the fridge.
