Your child has to learn to enjoy life thanks to you.
All parents in the world want their children to be happy in life, and to achieve this it is essential to teach them to live and enjoy the moment. All children are happy, unless their parents make them feel bad. Parents can inform themselves so that their children are more obedient, more creative or learn faster, but, Where is the one who learns to be happier?
The first step you must follow is that you have to learn to enjoy life too. You are their greatest example and it is important that you learn to combine your work time with your family time (make the latter a priority). Enjoy the family and create experiences to live together. Teach your children to experience the present and appreciate it, whether it's tasting a delicious menu or smelling a melon when you open it for dessert.
Give your child kisses every day, hug him, tell him how much you love him, feel his body when he tells you that he loves you and embraces you ... allow the hours to be to enjoy them and not to escape from your lives.
Focus on living life with your children, on laughing, on doing things together, on valuing each situation experienced and if something has gone wrong think about how to improve it for the next time. We only have one life and we have to teach our children to value it, and to live it!
