The mobile phone is a common tool in the homes of all families and the pockets of many people. The mobile phone has become an indispensable tool in the life of this society and unfortunately, it is becoming a regular occurrence for children to talk to their parents, while they, absorbed, are looking at the screens of their mobile phones. It has become the enemy of breeding when used excessively.
These parents are the ones who later worry about the time their children spend in front of the screens, but of course… it is the example that should teach more than the word. The mobile is a parent's distraction towards raising their children and is a killer of quality family time.
Children desperately ask every day (which manifests itself in bad behavior) that we connect with them by disconnecting from the mobile phone. They need their parents to connect with their physical and emotional needs because only in that way will they be able to feel that they are in a family.
Parents should reflect on the time they spend with their children and when they spend it, reflect on how they do it. Is it really quality time, or do you hang out doing other things instead of spending time together doing joint activities? Parents should be the best example of the use of new technologies and the first thing they should do is put them aside to spend time with the family and enjoy their children.
Nowadays, when parents have difficulty finding time to be parents, this will make couples unstable and will appear in both adults and children, psychological disorders. This does not mean that you should be with your children a certain time each day so as not to enjoy them or be together but without spending quality time. This means that when you are with your children, however long it is, you must give them your full attention ... they need it to develop and you to be happy.
