A behavior contract is an excellent option so that pre-adolescent children and adolescents can have better behavior and that in this way, there is a greater harmony at home. Children will know what is expected of them and what are the positive and negative consequences of fulfilling what is entrusted to them.
After all, in real life, your teenager must show that he is ready to take on more responsibilities before he is entrusted or given more freedom (the great desire of adolescents: to have more freedom to demonstrate their independence).

In the contract the behaviors to be achieved each day must be well reflected and after X time, the implementation of the positive consequences or the negative consequences can be assessed depending on the attitude of the adolescent.
