Weekly menu for babies from 9 months (Week 1)

Baby menu

The readers of Madres hoy you know that we usually have a weekly menu very useful for planning meals for the week, but of course, what happens when there is a baby at home? I had not considered it before because my baby was smaller, his diet was practically always the same and it was not a headache for me to prepare something for him, but now he is nine months old, he already eats almost everything and I make every mess ...

That is why I have decided to share with you our menu of the week And, as he has just turned nine months old, you can continue with us the progressive introduction of new foods from now until the year. The new foods to be incorporated are going to be lean meats, fish, legumes, all kinds of fruit (except peach, apricot and red fruits) and all kinds of vegetables (except green leafy ones, such as cabbage , beets or spinach).

Foods that we will introduce this week

For my baby, his first new food of the week has been beef. He ate it for the first time at lunch and in a small quantity, as it did not cause him any problem, we have been introducing a little more each time. The way to take it has been together with the vegetable puree.

Another food that he has tried has been chickpeas, also starting small and increasing progressively. The legumes should be given well cooked and pureed, they can be given alone or, much better, with vegetables.
