  • a tablespoon of miel or agave syrup

Preparation:

  •  In a bowl we mix the almond flour, oatmeal flakes and chocolate chips.
  • We mix and then toadd the almond butter.
  • Now add the vegetable drink or milk and we mix again to incorporate all the ingredients well.
  • Finally, we add the honey or the chosen sweetener and we finished mixing.
  • In a dish, we place a sheet of greaseproof paper.
  • With a spoon we are taking portions of dough and make a small ball, place on the plate and carefully squash slightly with the spoon.
  • In each batch we can do about 4 or 5 cookies.
  • We put the plate in the microwave and put cook 2 minutes at maximum power.
