The necessary ingredients are:

  • 300 gr pumpkin
  • 400 gr of strength flour
  • 20 gr fresh yeast
  • 20 g sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

The preparation is so easy:

  • First of all, peel the pumpkin well, being careful not to cut it, and dice it into not very thick cubes. Put a saucepan on the fire with water and add the pumpkin, cook for about 15 minutes. Once it is tender, drain well trying to remove as much water as possible.
  • With a hand mixer, mash the pumpkin until you get a fine puree. Now, undo the yeast and add to the previous mixture, mash everything very well.
  • In a dry container, place the flour, add the pumpkin puree and mix carefully with a wooden shovel. It is not necessary to stir too hard, it is only necessary that the ingredients are well integrated.
