In any bazaar you can find them, as well as in specialized confectionery stores or in any of the large inexpensive stores that sell online. These are silicone molds, which you can find in different shapes and generally for a fairly inexpensive price.

Recipe for making healthy sweets

Healthy treats can be made with different ingredients, They are done in a very simple way and children can also collaborate. You can use the preferred flavors of each one and use homemade fruit juice, flavored gelatin, milk and even homemade smoothies. In any case, the preparation is very simple but you should keep these tips in mind:

  • To sweeten the sweets: You can use normal white sugar, but in small amounts. If you opt for some other healthier sweetener, much better. Test honey or any type of syrup, like maple, agave, or rice, for example.
  • Let stand for a few minutes: Before pouring the mixture into the molds, let it rest for a few minutes to warm up a bit. Thus, it will be much easier to distribute by the molds. If you use a pastry bag or a kitchen bottle even better, since the molds will be very small.
  • Neutral gelatin: In any of the recipes you will have to use gelatin so that the chosen mixture solidifies and can be removed from the mold. Use neutral gelatin so the flavors don't mix and in any case, you will need 2 tablespoons of gelatin for each preparation.

Ingredients:

  • Half cup orange juice natural
  • Half cup water (with the coconut water you will get a delicious mixture)
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or your chosen sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons of neutral gelatin

Preparation:

  • In a saucepan we put the juice orange, water, lemon drops and syrup.
  • We heat the mixture without boiling and we are stirring so that all the ingredients are mixed well.
  • We are adding the gelatin little by little, without stopping to stir so that no lumps come out.
  • When all the ingredients are dissolved and well incorporated, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, we place the molds for the sweets on a tray, so we can manipulate them much better.
  • Carefully we pour the mixture into the molds and let it warm for a few minutes.
  • MLet's put the tray with the molds in the fridge and leave for about 20 or 30 minutes until the gelatin completely solidifies.
  • After that time, you can unmold the gummy bears and enjoy a healthy treat.
